On the weekend I replaced my car battery now the sat nav unit is asking for a code.

I have checked my owners manual the radio card is present but it has no code printed on it by AUDI

So I called Audi and they want £50 to get the code which I think is a rip off

Is there any other way I could get this code?

Try calling around a few dealers, they should be able to look it up with your vin numbeR and radio serial number. Sounds like they are taking the p**s...

From what I read it's only a few minutes to do this.
 
Called two dealer today both want to charge stupid money

One quoted 50 plus vat
Other wanted £40 plus vat

It's a joke as before they had the code with the Manual. It's a Audi con if u ask me.
 
Yep they are the worse thing about owning an audi.

Just a update found a guy on eBay charged £10 and got me the code within 12hours
