Car pulls like crazy but
On the motorway when I put my foot down I can hear and see the boost bounce

Bounces for a few seconds then I start to lose boost

Anyone got a use what that could be

might be a split DV, but it looks quite minor a "bounce". Mine did that but swung by a couple PSI when the DV was leaking.

You dont say what car it is or what mods or tune, but its not uncommon for the boost to tail off near the top end.

Sorry yeah it's a
Audi Quattro 1.8T B5
K03 (Bigger compression wheel)
Audi TT fuel pump
Audi TT DV
Bigger intercooler
Remapped
3 Bar fuel pressure
Come filter
Decat pipe
3" exhaust pipe
Custom exhaust manifault

Yeah I know
I'm looker for a decent tuner who knows what he is doing
Not to happy with the guy who gets the maps
Can't seem to find a decent tuner

Tried Rtech or Unicorn?

They're about the only folk i'd trust to tune M3.8 ECU's

If its a **** map the bouncing could simply be due to that, the ECU's constantly having to adjust the WGDC as it doesnt match what the map is programmed for.

Nope, not many folk around with the skills to properly tune M3.8, infact theres not many folk around with the skills to properly tune any car.

Most "tuners" rely on bought in maps which is why you end up with all this "stage1, stage 2, Stage 3" rubbish, because instead of tuning the car as provided, they're using prewritten maps and modifying the car to suit the maps that are available to them. Ofcourse, thats fine if you have a common car and are prepared to follow those pre-set mods, however something like the A4 where those pre-set mods dont really exist you find theres nothing actually available.

MRC are closer to you and are fairly well respected in tuning ME7 stuff, but they made a right hash of Marks M3.8 ECU in his 1.8T, so caution advised there.
