I no longer own an Audi however i would be interested to get my 535d on the rollers. The car is currently at Bmw undergoing a £3500 repair from a bad experience on Sunday ! If i get my car back in time i will get a DTUK box for it and get it on the rollers if that is okay with everybody ?
Would i be aloud to join you with a Bmw ?

I'm sure we could accommodate a BMW. The event is more for a tribute for Dave so I'm sure he would of appreciate the support.

I'll discuss with Shaun and Paul as it was them, who organised the event.Just a heads up as I was at Awesome today. Apparently they don't have this confirmed and wont be going ahead now

He said he hadn't heard anything since and because nobody had paid the required deposit 2 weeks beforehand it was assumed this wasn't going ahead.
I'm up for it if it does go ahead but it's not the impression I got tbh

In all fairness, yesterday would be the day deposit payment would be due but i see no real issue in paying a deposit early next week as its still well in advance. I have emailed him anyway.
As far as i am concerned, he stated in writing that it was booked. Therefore, they cannot now turn round and say it isn't booked assuming we are no longer interested which means they have erased it from their diary without checking with us first. Assumption gets people nowhere.

I regret to inform you that AwesomeGTI have announced that they are experiencing problems with the Rolling-road machine and due to the numbers confirmed they wouldn't be able to conduct these. So therefore due to this we unfortunately cannot use there facilities for our Rolling-road day.
This is a shock to ourselves, as it now means we need to find an alternative company that can facilitate our requirements in such a short notice.
We are in starts of putting a list together of possible companies that can facilitate us. Ideally we want a company that has a VAG background or a specialist.
Please do bear with us on this matter and we hope within the day or two, we can announce some good news.
I'm sure you all understand that trying to rearrange a large Rolling-road day in a short time can be quite tricky and involves a few phone calls.
We are disappointed with the news informed by AwesomeGTI and hope we can resolve and rearrange it soonish.

Theres a mapper / RR Near me by mold.
Simon at ecotec. Hes mainly vag. And good friends with my mate and mr niki r tech gower!
Dont know what the plans are with you guys but you could send him an email?

Apologies for the slow response.
Unfortunately due to the issues with AwesomeGTI Rolling Road and having such a short timescale to rearrange another Rolling Road, we have to postpone the event until we can clarify and confirm with another company who are willing to fill our requirements.
We are hoping to announce this in the near future but please do bear with us on this matter.
I can only apologise for the slight disapointment for any members who where looking forward to this event. I certainly was looking forward to this event but also to pay my respects to the late Dave Marshall.
So sorry again folks but we are trying are best behind the close doors of ASN and fingers crossed we can announce very soon with good news.
