Engine tuning in Essex area

Wondering if someone can recommend a good tuner in Essex area.
Got a Audi 1.8T Quattro B5
With slight mods

-new ko4 audi tt 225 bam engine turbocharger
-new 4 to 1 custom exhaust monifold
-new front mount intercooler 2.25" pipes
-decat and 2.5" exhaust.
-tt 225 bhp fuel pump, injectors, realise pressure value
-new oil pump
-new depo step motor boost gauge

The turbo has been modded slightly with a bigger compression wheel

Now the map on the car is a very basic map, the guy who I bought it from said if I find a good tuner I will be able to get much more out of the car.

Also had my AFR AND EXHAUST TEMP gauge fitted today

Phoned them and told me that they don't want touch it as they have had to many problems in the past messing around with other people's maps which I found b weird
 
I don't mind looking at your map however your ECU is not flashable, the map is written on 1 time only chips which need replacing- i do hope you have sockets on the motherboard... It's not as simple to tune without a emulator...
 
Yes, i do need to open the ecu, pull the chip out of it and read it on my eeprom programmer then play with the map and when happy with the map, i flash it back onto a new chip and install in the car- take lots of logs and adjust as necessary ! It's a slow winded process and costly to get right...
 
Send me the map, i would like a copy of the original and modified map if possible...
 
If money it's your concern then maybe paying a visit to someone that specializes in 1.8T might be better for you, try badger5 as i think he might have an emulator and that combined with a dyno will make easy job of getting a decent tune for your motor !

Well what a disappointing day!!!
Had a dyno run and these are the results

Defo something wrong with the MAP
185bhp is almost standard
 
Send it to me on adamss24@poczta.fm please, i will look at it tomorrow, i wave my laptop with winols at the garage... If you have the original file please send that as well...
 
I've got map that was on the car before they started the mods. Then another 2 remaps , the guy is not sure which one he loaded on the car now
 
Nope, you need to do loggs which will tell me how the car behaves and what the fueling and timing/boost requests are at any given time on load...
