Not looking for a Decat but I found this sports car, same spec as the Milltek but half the price but it's says its for off-road?

Is this any good? Or what do you guys use?

Link's broke, usually when they say for off road use that means they won't pass an MOT.

I know but I had a miltek 200 cel on my golf which passed its mot.
