HI Guys,

This is my first post i have just purchased an Audi S4 avant and want to upgrade the brakes to 8 pot brembo, can some help me with some info, do the RS6 V10 brake front and rears fit the s4?

Any info would be great

Try Audizine as well. Useful info on their too

Don't quote me on this, but I believe the RS6 fronts will need a bracket.

The RS5 setup however, also consisting of an 8-pot Brembo, is a direct fit. I have these on my car. The RS5 also runs the same rear calipers and pads, but with wavy discs. These won't fit the S4 though, the offset is different, but the B8 RS4 rear discs are a straight swap.

What size tyres are you running with 20's & what width rim.

Thanks

20x8.5", ET38. Those wheels are currently for sale as it happens.

Tyres were 245/30 R20. I think 245/35 or 255/35 would've been better in hindsight, as these were slightly stretched and I like a decent amount of sidewall, but they did they job as you can see from the photo.

thanks for the reply the only reason i asked about rs6 8-pots was i can get the callipers and discs cheap from a friend, the rs4/rs5 versions are running nearly double the price i was going to be paying

Yeh me too running the same should of went for 35 profile....maybee

Thanks for your reply on tyre specs but think I'll go with 245/30/20's as to keeps rolling radius very similar to the 245/40/18 already on the car. The other sizes you mention will be over 5% different in rolling radius & they say you should only increase by a max of 2.5%. Plus there only going to be on in the summer.
