Second hand performance Haldex...

Doesn't the controller also contain a pump? I don't know what happens if it dries out once it has been de-installed..

£350 is about on the money, i was offered this for mine when i was looking to sell. No probs swapping them over, just need the new small gasket, check for damaged wiring too.

Best thing to do is have it fitted then try and wheel spin lol. Also best to check to make sure its not a standard one with a lick of paint!

265STW, what do you mean by needing a new small gasket?

Thanks Bantam1, that would help!

There is a gasket included in the HPP kit with 2 screws.

just sold one of these, had the original one refitted to the car at lincoln audi after one year of being sat in the box with no issues

Why you sell it mate? I'm buying the performance Haldex so it's the gasket for that i'm after!

It should come off the car with the unit, so if the HPP is still on the car you are getting it from no worries.

i sold my car so stripped for sale reasons, you should get the gasket and two bolts

S3 haldex can shift up to 50% of the power away from the front wheels, stock or performance controller.

All the performance haldex controller does, is move that 50% to the rears sooner than the stock ecu, with the goal of getting ready for the power before it arrives.
