Anyone looking for a s3? found one for 8k!

Way overpriced but if it had 10k mileage then maybe at a push.

Wow... thats more than I paid for mine in 2008 lol...

Clean looking but way too much money... its not even a facelift lol ;P

What was that song by super tramp?

Something about putting your hands in your head?

Same as! My facelift in 2007 cost less than that and this pre-feaclift in 2008 was cheaper....

Plus I can't believe it's not immaculate given the price and mileage....

"Overall the car is in perfect condition except for a small tear in the front passenger seat."

To me that's quiet a big 'except'! lol

Way too high on price.

Regardless of mileage if it came to insurance, it would still only get market value if anything was to happen to it.

I got a one owner 53k a couple of months ago for less than £5k. 8k is very steep

At some point not too far away, 8l's will begin to climb in value.

Same happened with the ur-quattro, cosworth's, e30 m3's etc.

Not long ago, e36 M3 prices were on the floor. Now climbing, especially the good ones.

S3's will do the same, but I think this seller is a bit ahead of the curve.

£3400 pounds spent in the last 10 months, I'm guessing that's how long the present owner has had it?
Another guess, present owner purchased knowing it needed a few things and thought he could turn over a profit after doing them.
I'm guessing far too much...my head hurts!

If it was also one of the last one's made then it may be a keeper after some negotiation.
Personally silver with white interior is not me.

Mileage that low surely means its been stood most of its life - garaged or not - mechanical things should be used often to avoid deterioration just as much not using them will avoid deterioration. There's clearly a fine line there, but I wouldn't buy a 14 year old car with that low miles (regardless of price) and i'd hedge my bets that's why it's cost £3400 the past ten months as the current owner has just started using it properly for the first time in its life and things are going wrong!

On another note, (torn) cream leather and silver paint = no thanks!

For the right person thats a 6k car, pretty sure someone on here has a 23k car.

I seen a yellow one at main dealer about a year ago jct600 dealer around Huddersfield with 20k on for £7,195 with warranty and was facelift.

If it was any colour but yellow I would of bought it, just about everyone I know sent me a link to it.

This however is overpriced , and torn seat , curbed rims, he's having a laugh!
