I've attached a log of block 11 from vcds where i floor it in 3rd from ~1200-3500 revs.
Can anyone help me check if my understanding of it is correct?

As you can see the actual boost is way off the demand, it lags then maxes out above 2000rpm.

The N75 duty cycle (that is what this column is yeah?) goes low - to request more boost as i start to accelerate, then shoots to maximum as the actual boost exceed demand. It then flatlines at 92.4% even when I deccelerate and drive normally afterwards.

So, the N75 lost control of the boost and went into 'limp' mode where it sends no vacuum to the turbo actuator.

Is all that correct?
If it is, what is the likely cause - a failed N75? Stuck vanes?

Cheers!

In case it's of help to someone, i think i've fixed this now.

I was also getting the error code:

17965 - Charge Pressure Control
P1557 - 35-10 - Positive Deviation - Intermittent

Today I did the Mr Muscle down the EGR pipe trick and it seems to have cured it.
Feels much better at high revs now and the attached log shows it's matching the demanded boost much better.

So it must have been stuck vanes. I'll give it a bit of Mr Muscle at every service from now on :)
