List of bits, am I missing anything before I start to pull it apart?
Turbo
Gaskets
C20 LET injectors
3bar FPR
Golf VR6 MAF housing
Evolution Racewerks TIP (on order from MRC)
S3 cone filter (ordering Weds)
AEM AFR gauge (ordering Weds).

Anything glaring I've forgotten?

If it has a S3 compressor housing, you'll need some silicon hoses to make up the discharge (its 54mm, not 51 like the A4, and at a completely different angle), and you'll need to fabricate a boost take off for the N75 valve as theres no fitting on the comp housing.

Turbo was from Arkon on here so already has the take off so should, fingers crossed, be straight forward fit and he had the take off added to the comp housing.

TIP was measured before ordering so should be fine. Didn't want a 225 quid paperweight lol

Mate is going to come out with his det cans and his calibrated wideband so we can see what the engine is doing. Fully expecting some teething problems so got the whole week booked off to fart about with it.

TIP will be fine, its the discharge that you'll need to fix. Your existing boost pipe wont fit. The S3 one is longer and points more downwards, and you cant clock the housing as the actuator is mounted to it.

Be interesting to see what your mate finds. I've not done anything fancy with ours, just left N75 off and run at actautor pressure (10-12psi). It runs very close to maximum timing pull even on Vpower due to the incorrect load readings from the larger maf.

I wouldnt risk it with the N75 plugged in until its mapped.

Will post all results, good and or bad. Got a guy sorted for the mapping just a case of whether I get a fresh Ecu and sell my chipped one on or if he works off what I have.
