New S5's. Tracker/Alarm

IMMO & Alarm are standard yes.

As NHN first two things are standard. With regards to the tracker not compulsory, but can depend on the insurer.

They are fine for peace of mind but I would argue that the crooks generally know to look for them and from what I've read they often tear the car apart looking for them. I've definitely seen a couple of "they had the tracker out in ten minutes" type threads about the web.

AFAIK Tracker are the best as (someone correct me if I'm wrong) their 'ace' is that the can transmit on the VHF frequency that can be picked up by police cars with the appropriate antenna fitted, whereas other can't. Other than that the other trackers are just as good and often are either cheaper or give you more bang for your buck like being able to track the vehicle from a portal yourself.

An element of you pays your money and takes your choice.

Just get you urself a pay as you go tracker for own peace of mind cheap aswell
