Just wondering what Jumper settings other people were using?
I recieved my box yesterday, and tried it with 2 +2 (this is how it came) and definetly felt the difference over 3000rpm.
Today i tried 3 +3 :rockwoot: again the difference was really only over 3000rpm, but felt a bit nippier. Came back in the house with a big grin on my face

I run mine on 3+3 I believe.
I think I was the first to get map 3, while I was there it had just been tweaked.
Definitely feel the difference over 3000rpm

Did you get a pedal box too? If not I'd highly recommend it, goes hand in hand

After reading the installation manual again I actually got it on 3 +2 and tried it today on 4 +3. Will try later on 3 +3 and see if there is much difference.

No, I thought about the pedal box but never got it. Think I will though. Is there much difference with it?

The pedal box transforms the car yeah, I can't drive without it.
Sharpens up the throttle response brilliantly.
Have to play with the settings to find one that suits you then your good to go.

ok... Looks like it was all in my head :wtf:
I have had a play about with all the settings and they all seemed the same. so opened the box to check the LED's with the ignition on and only the red one is on. the yellow is off which should be on to show tunning is active. :uhm:

Read the destructions regarding the led's.

They will only fully function whilst the car is on the move.

Are you guys using the car in Dynamic mode with the box or just in auto? And with the box, these settings keep working right?

Yea all modes still work as usual. I'm always in dynamic

Leo-83 runs his at 3 + 3, and this gave him the quickest (12.0) times.

Mind you, I think his particular box has a slight tweak to the boost settings?

All the new boxes that are released now come with the new file that Leo has. :racer::rockwoot:

Excellent!

Re the 4 + x settings: Guys on the R forum are reporting that a 4 + x setting makes the car pretty hard to drive gently/smoothly in town ;)

(But that may be in conjunction with the pedal box, not sure)

I got the CRD-T box last June when it was meant to take it from 150ps to 180ps and just left it on out the box settings. Although now it's capable of taking to 200ps so emailed DTUK on how to get it updated :-D

I think 3 +3 seems to be the most used. I tried 4 +3 and it felt the same, there will be a difference but not noticeable by feel. Would have to time yourself to see the difference

Yeah been trying but haven't been getting a response.

How hard is it to install the tuning box and pedal box ? And roughly how long did it take as thinking about ordering both

The box took me about 30-45 all in. That's with a make shift wooden plank ramp too. Had a pedal box on my old car and that me 10-15mins. Probably be faster if you've got small hands

But both are a peice of cake to fit

Cool cool. Did you notice a good difference with the box fitted?
