Look like Dare's. Rotiform replicas.
If you want them, then look for rotiform BLQ alloys as they are the genuine ones.

From what I've read, you need 5 x 112 stud fitment for your car (or adapters) and, to make it look right, your suspension will need lowering for 18" rims.

They've them available in 5X112 in both the 18" & 19"
Was considering the 19" wheels and not lowering it or should I go for the 18" and lower it? Just afraid of effecting the ride when I lower it

I would go 18's and lower, get some decent coilovers the ride shouldnt be affected much just the height, failing that get some springs.
In my opinion these wheels need a decent height adjustment/drop to "pull them off" otherwise i think they look a little daft,
