start the car from being sat overnight and ive notive on idle,i can feel a very little shake, left to right, which disappears when i press in the clutch pedal.........also when the cars a bit warmer, there is no more shake
I put this down to the flywheel myself......but thort id get your thorts on this
2.0 tdi 62k.

Mine is exactly the same and my clutch and flywheel are gone needs replacing budget around 1000 to get done i would say

thanks for all the replys.............it hasnt done it today, must be just starting or something, makes me sick that just under 62k flywheel issues arise...........euro carparts do a kit with dual mass under £500.........im not changing it anyway, unless its really getting bad.

I have it too mate I doubt its your flywheel if im honest because ive had my clutch and flywheel changed and its still does it.. ive noticed its when ever its either doing a dpf regen and ive come to a set of traffic lights it shakes a little... nothing to worry about! but you could check your engine mounts just to be on a safe side ;)

im sure engine mounts would come up as afault?..........they electronic?
dobt the engine mount with that mileage................if idepress clutch pedal it disappears, also when car gets warm.........its never there.

I know what you are saying but I've seen engine mount need replacing at 40k on other cars.. But I can't defo say it's not the flywheel but why does it go away when the car is warm ? It would still do it and when you lift your clutch you would get judder then.. I've been to about 4 garages asking why it shakes and they have said it's the drive shafts another one said dodgy sensor causing it to run rough.. But a clutch job is not £1000 I got darkside to do mine for £700 :) .. If I'm honest.. I wouldn't worry about it as my mates a5 does the same too when ever it does a regen or it's cold..
