Ok folks, looking for a bit of help with this one….
I have a A3 RNS-E MK2 unit retro-fitted into my B6 A4 (changed fascia over from my original Mk1 unit).
Just before I swapped units, my bluetooth module died (came up as a module fault on VCDS) and I have just purchased another one. New unit works fine, have been through all the options and it is coded correctly. No error codes.
However, it doesn't look as though the bluetooth function is actually working. I scan on my phone and it brings up nothing. Tried with a mate's phone (different make) and still nothing. No fault codes, been through all the adaptation blocks etc etc….
I even tried the old aerial that I had from the original unit and still nothing.
Any suggestions?
