If a manual quattro was available would you consider buying it?

Most other European countries get a 2.0 TDI 150 Manual Quattro. I contacted Audi UK to ask if there was any hope of having it here in the UK and their response was that they did not consider selling this model in the UK 'economically viable'.
I think this option would be of great interest. Do other people agree? Let's have a campain with Audi UK to give us the choice.

You've got to look at this from the fleet buyer perspective - it has by far the largest market share for all manufacturers in the UK, so, if there is no demand from fleet for a 2.0 TDi 150 in manual, Audi UK won't offer it.

Retail customers are small numbers in comparison.

Let's not have another s-tronic versus manual debate again. It's rather been done to death...

How about another debate on the need for Quattro on cars with less than 200 bhp? Sandra I promise to behave myself :devilish:

Still 'narked' that I couldn't have a manual 184 quattro... I'm getting on fine with the S tronic but still, given the choice, I'd have had a stick...

Agreed. What's the likely CO2 rating? BIK is the biggest potential killer for a model like this.

I've got a manual quattro ;)
