A3 8v Steering Wheel In A3 8p

Hi all from Saudi,
I am a British expat working in Saudi, and have just got an Audi 8v steering wheel and airbag for my 2006 A3 2.0, I know the wheel will bolt on but how do I get airbag and buttons to work properly? I know some people have got them to work after some modification but cannot find any info how to do this:(

Depends on the wheel type, as there are few newer versions, show a pic then we can add more data.

Wheel is still in uk, asked my son to look for part numbers but he says only one visible is on wiring loom (8U0.971.589.C ) breaker who sold me wheel says it came from a 2014 s3 hope it can be made functional, car is nothing special and I don't plan to go crazy on it, I just like the steering wheel
 
same problem over here, but i already bought the steering wheel, and the harness is not fitting...
anyone knows more about this?
