Tts 2011 Cambelt Change And Major Service

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying a 2011 TTS. However, it has done just under 60,000.

Can you guys advise when the major service should be done on this car and when the cambelt should be changed etc.?

Anything else I should be aware of for a car at around this mileage?

Help much appreciated of course

My book says 114000 miles for timing belt although I had my S3 belt done at 5yrs/60000.
Does your book say otherwise?

My 09 S3 is 114k miles or 5 year whichever is first. Mines due now with it being 5yrs old.
I can't see the TTS being any different.

My book says nothing about 5 years just 140000 miles.
It will be 5 years old at the start of next year but will only have circa 25000 on the clock.
I think the S3 had 32000 on it @ 5 years when I got the belt done.
Funny that it doesn't mention age.

Just had my 2009 s3 done there last week. Timing belt and water pump kit .38k but 5 years old.

Yeah no mention in my book but I did confirm it with Audi UK that it is 5 years.
I've had 2 quotes so far
Audi dealer - £550
Independent vag specialist - £320

A bit of a difference!
