Hey guys

Does anyone of you know if its possible to program US Blinkers with a computer? If so, how do I go on with it?

Thanks

us indicators? im guessing he wants them to be on permanent aswell as flash once operated

Yes. I'm sorry for wrong description.
I want them to be on constantly, then flash when I use the indicator

What?

Why would you want that, I'm 99% certain that it's illegal.

What he said.

It looks stupid. And no. You can't. Because the hazards are controlled by a relay not an ECM. So luckily you couldn't do such a stupid modification even if you wanted...

But it's not your car so if the op wants to do it an can find out how fair play to him I'm sure it could be done with some clever circuitry good luck pal

lmao..

Ahh, It's a scene thing, Jardo doesn't understand anything he doesn't like! lol

You are better off drilling a couple of holes in your indicators, and wiring your sidelights into an orange buld/led, but make sure the actual indicator flasher is brighter, so you can see them blink!

I can get an US blinker module for 50£ here in Norway.
Thanks for advice tho! :)

Wait until someone pulls out on you on a round-about because they think your offside indicator is on when they glance right. Sounds like a great mod...

couldnt you use a relay that was normally closed instead of the normally open? just a thought..

... I had even power adjustable brightness on the side markers trough the pvm regulator and it was worked well and still work

No matter what you say, it is incredibly unsafe. Which makes it inherently stupid.

You're driving around with your indicators on CONSTANTLY.

What part of that isn't incredibly unsafe and confusing to road users?

If you can't see that; you don't deserve a driving license.

How irate jardo gets is more drama that this mod lmao

I don't get irate, I've come to grips with this forum being full of clowns.

You clearly have no comprehension of what me being irate is.

I just find it great fun watching you get annoyed with minor things in life lol

what about cars import from USA there is manny of them in my country (and all others country to i know i travel acros the europe several times) and they have indicators constantly on - totaly street legal. Confusing to road users you said well if thats confusing them, then they shouldnt have licence to drive. I dont know what is your problem i supose you had bad day behind you it happens to all of us - nhf - but if you dont like stuff like that no need to be rude simple jump to other topic no need to call us clowns. have a nice night mate tomorrow will be better wish you all the best

regards
Andy
