You are better off drilling a couple of holes in your indicators, and wiring your sidelights into an orange buld/led, but make sure the actual indicator flasher is brighter, so you can see them blink!

... I had even power adjustable brightness on the side markers trough the pvm regulator and it was worked well and still work

what about cars import from USA there is manny of them in my country (and all others country to i know i travel acros the europe several times) and they have indicators constantly on - totaly street legal. Confusing to road users you said well if thats confusing them, then they shouldnt have licence to drive.
