Hi, this is a Norwegian car, that we uses for track days. It has 321 hp/547nm @ engine, and the s3 brakes ar rubbish.

I want somehing that bites good, both in the front and rear.

Have seen on the ttrs kit, but I understand that the oem discs is rubbish. Will the ecs stage 5 kit fit? Other good deals?

What about the rear?

I have searched, but several threads are saying very different things.

There are several options.

The most sensible,if you can wait,is to contact DaveB1970 or N8,for a system,or failing that your best option would be the Brembo(RS) kit,or APRacing.

The AP is pretty much what's on my car at the front, with ZeroSixty rears,as there isn't a practical rear kit for the S3 currently.

I use Mintex 1155 pads, which would suit your use fine.

Hav tried to contact Dave on facebook, but he does not respond.
Does he have any email?

He is a busy guy, but he will get back to you.

DaveB does come good but as said he's a ****** to get hold of. I have TTRS calipers with AP racing floating discs. I have Pagid blue pads and i'm not too impressed by the pads. Not great initial bite when cold, lots of dust and I pretty much melted them on my track day. They are still fine but large deposits were and still are stuck on the discs causing some vibration. Excellent stopping power when some heat is in them though.

I could only do a matter of five laps before my S3 brakes gave up the ghost but I was out hammering for 30 minute + sessions and no sign of brake fade at all, just relentless stopping power.

Have got the brakes at our shop now, its lambo calippers with ap discs in front, and porsche boxter calipers at the rear with brembo handbrake caliper.

But what wheel will fit? Want 8 or 9x18 in oz. Have adjustable top bearings at the front, with approx 2 degreees of camber. Any tips on wheels?

You can fit 8 pot brembos under 18's it all depends on spoke design and offset. You may need to move wheel weights to the inside of the rim so as not to foul on the caliper. Advan RZ is a good wheel if you can get hold of it. Good spoke design for large calipers and light.
