As you know I've been searching for OEM foot pedal covers that fit the pre-facelift B8 over the last few weeks.
Well I finally got the results I wanted! I didn't fancy fitting the older style B7 RS4 pedals, as essentially they were a bit of a faff to do, and strictly weren't made to fit the B8. Apart from the fact they are a pain to do as well!
Luckily I have a friend who works for TPS, so we got our heads together, and came up with something which fits the car 100% with no fuss. No cutting of rubbers needed, no softening of the pedals in hot water, KY jelly etc etc...
So here is the kit that I ended up fitting (including a RHD footrest that is essentially just a straight swap with no mods!)

So the part numbers to do this are as follows:-
VAG actually do a kit now for the B8 that comes with a comprehensive instruction manual, that tells you how to fit them.
Obviously this is for the S-Tronic, and I'm not sure if there is one available for manual cars, as I didn't search for that.

The RRP for this kit is £81.60 inc VAT from TPS

Now the footrest was a lot harder to track down, as there aren't many RHD Audi's that come with them, but in the end we took a gamble ordering in the footrest from the facelift RS6, and basically this has the lugs in exactly the same position as the B8 plastic footrest, so its just a case of popping the old one off, and clipping the new one in! I added some extra-strong double sided tape to the plastic lugs, and also to the underside of the footrest itself to ensure a secure and stable fit.

This is the part number for the footrest:-

The RRP for the footrest is £102.47 from TPS.

The pictures really don't do them justice, and it really sets the cabin off.
Don't be afraid of tackling this job yourself, it is straight forward when using the correct parts.
I hope this mini-guide helps someone out.
I may add some more pics of the kit taken in daylight. These pics aren't the best!

I've just tried on my phone and they are working ok for me? How are you viewing the forums?

Sorry mate, was on TapaTalk at the time, all good though! .. Nice find really suit the cabin! :)

looking very good.
I got some RS5 pedals for mine, but the brake pedal cover is proving to be a problem. It's larger than the pedal, keeps coming off.
I need to find what adhesive to use that will stick equally well to painted metal and rubber.

Try clear silicone, it's pretty firm when dry, and not hard to remove if your taking these off the car in future.

Thanks mate. Didn't even occur to me to try silicone, and that's what I used to attach my boot spoiler.

Is there an actual footrest available for the S4 ? At the moment the only 'rest' is way down on the bulkhead, several inches past pedal height . . . .

Fitted mine today had to put them in a bowl of hot water to aid with fitting but looks so much better now couldn't justify the price of the footrest to the wife but its on my ever growing to do list.

Much better :) I'm with you on the footrest, although rarely would see it, but the other pedals I find myself looking at a fair bit.
Coming from a B7 special edition with the Rs4 pedals I was very disappointed to see plain rubber on the S4...

You can't get one for the round lumbar adjuster from Audi either. I couldn't believe the difference it made looks-wise.

Hi
Just been reading this post and notice you quote the part number 8K2064205 for the brake and gas pedal kit to fit the S4 B8 2009 model (whcih is what i have).
I just phoned Audi to order the part and they told me this doesnt fit the S4 - can you confirm if this is bullsh*t or if the part number I have used is wrong please?

Cheers
Rich

The part numbers are correct, as per my original post. Most Audi dealers are unaware there is pedals that fit! That's why it took me a bit of investigating to find the right bits.

I've just discovered that my "footrest" is not a bit further away than other cars - it does not have one - obvious reason being that RHD manual trans cars do not have enough room for that!
