Retrofit Lights 2004 A6

Hi guys!

Recently bought an A6 with some crap retrofit projector lights (DRL)! The high beam refuses to work after fluke testing every wire and fuses are good. Has anyone encountered this problem. Be grateful of any tips! The model is 3.0 tdi if it helps.

Does it have an aftermarket HID kit fitted, could that be the problem?
Have you tested the voltage at the plug when high beam is turned on?

I'm totally new to these motors myself but just a stab in the dark?
