Bought Some Ttrs Brakes Do I Need Brake Lines ?

As title says will i meed to change brake lines or anything as its a full set up from a ttrs or will they bolt straight on no questions asked ?

Also anything to look out for when installing these ?

I have 19" 8.5j ET45 will the callipers fit behind ? Also have 5mm spacers standing by just incase

Any help will be appreciated
 
Would be worth getting braided lines 100% ! Just got the same set up on mine and got my hel braided lines from ebay. They made me custom front lines to fit the rs3 caliper and vag male connection for £40 delivered !!

I'm in the same kind of situation as you except I have different alloys, TD Pro Race 1.2.

There are a few threads on VAGOC if you are concerned on the fitment and if your alloys will go over the calipers.
 
I'm running standard 18" wheels with 12mm spacers. It fits but it's a tad close to the inside of the wheel, loads of space between caliper and the spokes.
 
My BBS CK are 19" ET44 and I have plenty of space! I'd advise getting braided lines too.
 
Think my callipers are a tad close :( tiny stones are getting behind the caliper and scratching my wheel ! Don't wanna change my wheels tho :/
 
Can someone show me which lines to buy off ebay or a site as i don't have a clue lol

Ordered the hoses yesterday mate should be here tomorrow thanks for that mate cant wait to get these fitted
 
Good man ! What wheels you running ? Got a little problem with mine
 
They are easy to fit and are a straight fit however my calliper sits close to the inside of my wheel and grit/stones are getting trapped behind them and scratching my wheels.
 
I'm after some of these for my a3 2.0tdi I'm wondering what size discs they are
 
So I need to find some on eBay
My mate got some cheap but had to do some mods to the hub so they would fit
 
That's because he fitted rs3 discs I'm guessing :L ! Need to be ttrs discs !
 
Callipers about 300 from ebay. Ttrs discs £500 from Audi I think ... Pads £200 ... Braided lines £40 ... Spacers 10mm above £130 ish ... Locking bolts £35.
 
I brought everything new but if you can get for that used then sweet :)

Got these rotor reps in black now (21st set of wheels) for these brakes so they look nice
19" 9.5J ET45 lso have 5mm spacers standing bu just in case but dont think i need them, im a wheel whore as my tyre guy says lol

I paid £350 for everything and £30 for lines got a bargain lol and its ttrs set up so perfect
