Audi Configurator: Apple Cable Question

Need some light on this area please. Looking to get the mmi high with audi connect and also connect my iphone. Now i have an iphone 5 (due to be 6) and online it says loads of different options, yellow cable blue cable green cable then adapters for docking.

What do i actually need and what are the differences?

I got the green cable from the dealer when I picked up my car.

To get you going try this thread and read backwards from the end, but in essence you need a green collar cable.
