Service indicator was reset but this is coming up:

How do I go about setting this up to show how long it has to go?

It'll start to register once driven for a while dependant on service plan (fixed interval/variable).

If you have VCDS you can adjust the fixed interval, default is 8500 miles for my 2.5Tdi.

Takes up to a month/1000 miles driven before it starts showing if I remember correctly......
