Does anybody have any idea of what size blanking plate needs to be ordered to do this ? And how hard or easy is it

Any help would be great

It can be turned off in the ECU. Give these guys a call 0121 448 7515

I have never heard of that mate quite interested will give them a phone tomorrow

Look on darksides website they have them in stock, if you were to remove the egr itself it would need deleting in the ecu so either a remap at same time or just deleting the egr, now if you want to remove the cooler also, that is quite a big job to do.
