Hi, not too sure what this is called - but it looks horrific.

Any idea if you can get replacements? Or the best suggestions on how to treat it:

Cheers
Chris

yep can be replaced held in with one torx bolt ,but you have to remove the door card and undo roughly 7 bolts ,then the whole top section (glass included) will pull up out of the door , the piece you want to remove is attached to that

have a google search im sure there been a write up before . can be done in less than 20 mins

I done my sportback ones
A bit of a ballache to be honest.
Door trim off and you need to unbolt all the window frame to gain access to the securing bolt.

****** hell is a ball ache on my Vectra i had before this you just pulled the trim from behind these then was 3 torx screws behind it undo them and hey presto make the Audi ones look like rocket science

its a ball ache mate :) I had the chance to take some of a black edition my mate is breaking started dismantling the whole door just thought its no worth the hassle also didn't fancy to start strippng my doors on my sb, its a lot of effort, I instead ordered some vinyl gloss black film of the bay for a fiver and wrapped both pillars myself and both rear triangle bits, its transformed the car very good to say the least better then the matte black original colour. cheap upgrade £5.50 I had a quote on here in the parts request bit if my memory serves me correct think about £193 brand new oem both front pillars and rear triangles a lot of money lol just couldn't justify that price
