What do you need to get painted?

Where to start LOL...

Ideally the whole car ;P

I would imagine if there is any degree of seriousness about this discussion then its best done offline mate but there are a few bits I would like doing but would no doubt require a more experienced view on the best approach...

looks like im heading to Northampton!

in all seriousness, i have a minger aswell that's had a repair on the same panel you did. The repair isn't as crisp as the rest of the original paint and is almost milky/cloudy in places. Is it a tough colour to match?

No mate it's a good colour, it has 4 variants that's all, I went standard shade and it matched beautifully! It's cloudy as it's had to much hardner in it/rocket so it's pulled in!

Thanks for that mate, it's not a bad skill to have, it's funny, I was at edition 38 this weekend and the quality of a lot of the "show cars" was really poor!

why dont you respray mine to show off what you can do!!

hahaha. tbh i shouldnt worry about bodywork on my car.
but i really do.
how much is a respray these days

If you wanted a full repaint, car stripped properly, repairs done properly and car high bud primed, traditional wet flat car based lacquered, flatted polished, scotched and lacquered again and flatted and polished like glass I'd do it for £1500+vat and that's using high quality materials

There's easy 1k of work on my car, which one day i WILL pay because it does make me a little sad. Especially when you see the standards at shows like aitp, adi and inters.

tuffty, you can sod off if you think you're near the front of the queue! Your car is one of those that makes me feel sad about mine.
