A bad pot hole has caused a slow leak in one of my tyres and now thinking about changing the whole set (keep them even for AWD needs). Or just get repaired, although anyone know what cost difference is?

How do they check if tyre is repairable? Also, what tyres would you choose as they are PIRELLI 255/35R20Y P Zero XL AO currently. I'll ironically be moving to winter tyres in a couple of months.

Only repairable if the puncture is in the tread not the sidewall and a reasonable distance (1cm?) from the edge. If it is a slow leak is it possible that the tyre itself is not punctured at all but you have put a dent in the wheel which has affected the seal between tyre and wheel? My experience of pothole damage to a tyre is that it is pretty fatal for the tyre and not a slow leak like you are describing. As to what brand to go for, this has been discussed at length on another a forum and most are not overly happy with the Pirellis, however I have them and without trying them back to back with other brands cannot say that I am unhappy. Michelin's seem to get the vote for being the best in terms of grip, wear and economy but they tend to be more expensive.

I agree with Elan2s, normally on bad pot holes you get tyre failure, complete deflation. If you have a slow puncture as a result of the pot hole I would advise that you look at the inside rim of the wheel as this is the weekest part of the wheel when subjected to the sort of impact that a pot hole hit causes. It may be that you have put a slight dent in the inner rim and the seal has been broken.
As far as tyres go I have Bridgestones on my Bitdi they are OK but noisey on some road surfaces.

I am using pirelli but i will have to buy new set. What do you think about Dunlop or Vredestain?

As above I doubt the tyre is the cause of the leak, the rim is likely to be cracked which is causing your slow leak.
It's possible to repair these depending on how damaged it is but the best course of action is a new rim and tyre. If the pothole is particularly big people have sometimes been successful claiming against the council who should maintain the road.

I have used Dunlops on my Jaguar, they are not bad, but alittle on the soft side( they don't last very long depending on your driving style). I have used Vredestain only once and only winter tyres, quite good but Nokian winters are better in my opinion.
