Subframe Knock

Hi all,
Got a knocking under breaking from front of car (s3 amk)
Its all been poly bushed on the front with new shocks and springs. This all leading me to thinking its the bushes on the rear of the front subframe. Does anybody know where i can get hold of any new ones or possibly poly or solid

Try new subframe bolts, as they stretch. If you want solid subframe bushes, 034 motorsport ones is what you need! Prawn and myself have them fitted!

Thanks for the reply. Think i might try new bolts and those solid bushes is there just one type they sell or are there choices?
