I have been getting one to mount in the glovebox

May be thinking isn't that a bit pointless but no keeps the stock look of the car and its only me whos interested anyway so if i want to have a peep at it just open the glovebox

Lets be honest who has a boost gauge and watches it all the time

Well the exterior might not be so stock looking, but my interior is, as my push button start is hidden as it's part of the gear nob and my boost gauge is a vent one, but it's going in the vent nearest the drivers door, as most people put then in one of the middle ones which I think look stupid, but it's what that persons prefers I suppose lol

I agree each to there own but i have seen then driver air vent ones for the B8 but they are like 300 and S***e if i am paying that hahaha
 
The liquid vent one for the TT are £180 but look tacky, I prefer a needle one, so that's what I went for, it was only £20 off ebay to see if I actually am going to like it or not and see if it being lit up and night doesn't do my tits in

Ye it would annoy me the indicator on the wing mirrors do my nut in of a night its a massive distraction

Well ordering my front mount and hid's this weekend too I can't wait :hubbahubba:
 
I have a boost gauge, it's under my dash though, I know it's there, but I rarely look at it, the passengers love it though! I only peek at it occasionally to see if my car is boosting properly. I'm too busy:racer: to look at it!
 
Yay had a message off the mother I've had a parcel while I've been in work.... guessing it's my boost gauge

I cant wait to get home now
 
Only a cheapy one to see if I like it or not :)

Like it Mistress don't forget them pictures when fitted you know the rules no pictures it didn't happen ;)
 
Just don't nose to much at the plasti dip it's got oil stains on in and they won't come off :( but she's getting resprayed the same colour for my birthday (23rd Oct ) but going to see if I can get her done before a.d.i ;)

Am sure you can use your girlish charm to get your car done before then and i wont nose to close then promise it quite interests me though how durable plasti dip is and how do you go about washing it wouldnt it be cheaper in the long run to get it wrapped

Well I will certainly be trying my hardest haha, it's not to bad in all fairness, you just wash it like normal, the only thing is you can't scrub to hard, polish, or jet wash it lol

Hahaha am sure you will be able to persuade them to do it

O right i knew you couldn't polish it but i did think you could jet wash it i use to do my badges when they were plasti dipped and my front diffusser but i got that wrapped in the end

I was going to wrap it but got messed around and the fella kept putting it off, got it resprayed and the fella done a ***** job then refuses to fix it of give me my money back, so it's was a quick fix at the time, and I was going to go purple but everyone was doing it at the time, and tbh it was to girly for me, deep down I wanted green.... I had enough off getting messed around and went with my gut and went green :D I'm really pleased I did I've not seen another like mine :D
 
No i havent deffo stands out on all the TT stands and nothing worse than being ****** about

And ye that's no problem i aim to make everyone feel welcome you included promise i wont put you in the corner like TT lot did nasty buggers

Believe me I have been to a few meets (not AS) and its been like that no one has come over to you or made an effort to talk to you its horrible
