I apologise guys as know there are a lot of threads, I'm just very confused.

Seems my options for a 2007 S3 are...

Plastidip?
Professional respray?
Buy a genuine RS3 grille for ££££?

I was rather hoping there are some OEM quality ones for sale that I can just give to a local bodyshop and pay them to do the hardwork of removing bumper and fitting? Ebay just seems devoid of any that will fit a pre-facelift 2007?

I sprayed mine in my shed, bumper off sounds daunting but in reality it's about 6 bolts and disconnecting the fog lights. Give it a go, DIY ftw

And RS3 won't fit a pre facelift, the whole front end every panel is a different shape

So, Pantha, that will fit the S3 yes? Any ideas on best place to source? I keep hearing about Audi Stoke, does the forum have a friendly relationship with this particular dealer??

Sorry, Can't Help you mate, I'm in Australia, so can't say where to source. But... given that you now have a starting point with a part number, at least you're not going into it blind, so to speak.

I would say it "should" fit an S3, as the A3 and the S3 grill can be interchanged on an 8P model (Assuming both are the same "pre facelift") But I would urge you to confirm this with your own research.

Audi Stoke do help or members an awful lot,post an enquiry on their section of the forum.

A3 grille won't fit an S3, the S3 grille is like 1cm shorter so the bigger A3 grille won't go in the hole on the S3 bumper
