BW 41, 42, 43, 44

Can't wait to see what colour you have gone for!

Dealer rang me yesterday to tell me mines going to be week 43 :)

Called Audi CS today for an update. Sadly I am still on bw41 with an expected delivery date of w/c 3 November.
 
Jumping into this thread with my RS5.
Build week 41 now estimated delivery late October or 1st week November.
 
BW 42 (hasn't changed yet since ordered mid July), S3 SB, Daytona, plus some toys...
Tech pack, Alu roof rails, interior light pack, comfort pack + standard cruise & f&r parking sensors, reversing cam, elec. lumbar adjust, Audi sound system, folding mirrors, hold assist, gangsta glass.
 
BW 41 here, mythos black S3 sportback s-tronic, tech pack, comfort pack, interior lighting pack, SS seats, black rails, B&O, red callipers, 10 spoke (shiny not titanium), black pack, LED headlights, black inlays, advanced key, adaptive cruise.

Ordered 31st Aug, estimated delivery 03/11.
 
I don't know what to think about my seller, because I just got a call from him that the build week just passed from 39 to 41!! is it and Audi thing from Germany or its more about the seller...

what do you think? because I´m really mad of all this, because I signed the order in June for an A3 sport back s-line 2.0tdi
 
I've been told that the S3 I've ordered is BW 41 so I've added myself to this thread. I've gone for a comprehensive spec' as I plan to keep it for at least five years:
Manual, Floret Silver, Comfort Package, 10 Spoke Alloys, Electric Lumbar Support, Acoustic Parking Sys Plus, B & O, Interior Light Package, Alumunium Roof Rails, Door Mirrors (Folding & Auto Dimming), Extended Mono Pur, Adaptive Cruise Control, Satellite Navigation, Privacy Glass, Through Load Facility​

I'll apologise now for not ordering a S3 in Sepang Blue. Sorry ;) :D

Just now been locked into week 41. Not bad considering I was first 45, then 43 and now 41.
Only problem is I go away on holiday early Novemebr for two weeks. Hopefully I'll get it just before I leave....
 
Got email from dealer and my buildslot has moved from 47 to 43 with expected delivery end of November... hope it keeps moving closer :)

If I get it before I go away I'll definately be taking the wifes car to the airport and leaving mine tucked away nicely in the garage!

Called again today (I know, I'm an impatient sod), still at BW41. Not surprising given that it's only two weeks away. Can someone kindly share the website/app they used to track their car whilst it was on a boat, please?

Sorry Andrew but there is no way of tracking UK bound cars. What you have read about are the Australia bound cars where they can use their VIN number to track their cars on their ships. Nothing for us I'm afraid but then we only have a few hours sailing unlike our friends in Oz!

Of course you can try and work out which ship your car is on by using one of the apps like Vesselfinder but that'll only show you which ships are leaving Emden.

You lucky s*d, a two week jump and you ordered yours two months after I ordered mine! Did your dealer call you to provide you with the good news or have you been pestering like I feel that I have?
 
No I had to ask ;) but I have been very patient. He claims he will contact me for a change next week - we'll see!
 
Dealer just informed me I've been moved up from 46 to 43, but its still not confirmed. Hi Guys!

It's an S3 Hatchback Stronic in Sepang ;), can't come quick enough!

You inspired me to contact my dealer again. I am officially locked at BW 41 so there's no movement for me!

Keep us posted on your actual delivery date and please post some photos when you finally get it! Seeing others' rides on this forum is the only thing keeping me going...
 
To be fair the dealer nailed it when I first ordered. He reckoned it would get brought forward a couple of weeks and that's exactly what's happened. Will update dates etc. as I get them of course
 
I was apparently locked at BW41 and got an email yesterday saying my car is built and is at Emden waiting for the ship.
Not long now.

How does that happen?! I really don't understand how some orders get moved around (backwards and forwards) whereas others don't move at all.

I've been without a car now since 17 September and it's a real inconvenience....

Only consolations are that it's literally weeks away now and the dealer is going to chuck in some floor mats and iPod/iPhone cables for promising an August delivery.
