Right, just got my Flappy Paddle Extensions from Amazon for £27.

They come packed from Hong Kong (so may take >1 week to arrive)

...and are simply applied to the paddles via 3M tape.

I like the Carbon Fibre effect and they extend them enough to allow to to hold your hands slightly higher on the wheel if needed.

I'm in two minds about them because they also tend to be quite close to the rear stalks (cruise on the left and the variable wiper control on the right). They seem OK during driving but I haven't used them extensively enough to decide whether they're too big and obstruct things like high beam whilst in manual mode.
Worst case scenario, I can remove them at a later date as it's only tape (despite them being securely held on).

Turns out I wasn't happy in the end :).
Actually, I only put up with them for about a week more because the problem with your hands brushing against the rear stalks was REALLY annoying.
Hands at the top of the "point"? Then they tend to flex and twist too much as well as press
Hands in the middle? Then they REALLY interfere with the rear stalks
Hands at the bottom where the OEM paddles are? Then they're fine, in which case why not stick to the OEM paddles alone?

So they came off (and went in the bin ;)).
Just FYI but when you take them off, be careful you don't pull the back plastic off the OEM paddles as that 3M tape is pretty strong stuff.
