Hi all, looking at trading my 2010 S3 in for a new 8V but trying to work out some figures has anybody recently ordered an S3 either hatch or Sportback on a 3 year pcp deal?
If you have what have Audi set the balloon payment after 3 years? (GMFV or residual value)

Thanks in advance!

£19,200. 6000 miles p.a. £400 odd a month.

Go for the lowest mileage you can, 5k, have as I was told by a salesperson that it will make no difference when you trade in the car for another if you go over.

Yeh, it only makes a difference if u hand the car back which I definitely won't be doing

Well it does make a difference if you trade or give it back, the mileage charge applies. People seem to be going for the 6k/year for cheaper leasing and doing 10k/year, which over 3 years is 12k excess, depending on your mileage charge this should be no more than £900 extra. This you would either pay on returning or it comes off the trade in value. Mine is 17.4/36m

Doesn't make a difference if your trading in on a new car. They don't then charge you. They give you what the car is worth given the current mileage. So in theory the car could be worth less than the value they have told you so in which case u need to work out what's going to be cheaper, hand it back and pay the fee or trade in an take the hit that way.
The only time u pay for excess mileage is if you go over and then hand the car back at the end of the term.

Never been charged excess mileage for trading a car in. Only when you hand it back.

What deposit, discount and rrp price did u base this on

£3.7k deposit (£2k of that was trade in profit). £36k car list. £33.5k what I got it for. Approx 7% discount.
