In my opinion an S4 interior is worth about £500-800 outright
S3 interior is almost identical and have bought 2 in the past for £300
£300-400 with a standard set in exchange is about right.
No way a grand but thats my opinion and experience of buying and selling Audi parts

Well to be honest I didn't know what to price it at... I just looked on eBay and there has been quite a few sets of just front seats selling for £500, actually there's a pair of seats on there now for £500
Mine do come with door cards, and rear seats and centre armrest, rear armrest has the skibag

A full set sold same as yours on here last year for £550. Immaculate. I picked up a pair of Rs4 fronts for £350.
Most B6 models are now worth sub 3k for the entire car, I don't think anyone would pay 1k for a set of seats, you also have to factor in fitting time and buying the wiring loom as well.....

Thanks for the opinion, you seem to have picked up a cheap set of rs4 seats!
With regards to wiring loom there isn't any wiring you have to do to fit these in, the just plug into the existing plugs for the cloth interior.

shaz, unless your car is already fully fitted with electric adjustable and heated seats already (99% don't) then a wiring loom IS required, as well as a new heater control panel with heated seat controllers if they are heated.
My quattro sport only had electric lumbar support fitted, so I had to go through this process.....
The RS4's were a bargain, but it was for front seats only, nothing else, and in platinum silver (looks cream)....

Jbcalvin, my A4 is a 1.9 Tdi quattro and was fitted with Cloth interior and the only electric part on them was the lumbar support like all a4's...
I literally got these seats, removed my own and plugged them in - my car doesn't have heated seats so I don't know if the seats have the heating function but I can 100% confirm no wiring loom or anything was added to make the electric seats work...
To be honest I'm crap with electrics so if any wiring needed doing I wouldn't have fitted them

Sorry, but they are not fully electric then.... Must be standard manually adjustment with electric lumbar support, the same as your standard seats, hence no need for a wiring loom. I worked for Audi for 12 years and plenty of others on here have had to do the same as me...... Audi never fitted heated electric wiring looms to cars unless this option was selected for build.

I don't understand what you mean by fully electric? The whole front two seats only adjust with the buttons. There are no levers to pull or push for the seats to go back or forward, just buttons.
And Iv not said they are heated because my car doesn't have heated seats.

All S3,S4 & RS4 will have leccy seats. (or at least the wiring)
I think if you fit the S4 seats to a B6 sport the adjustment will work from the wiring meant for the Lumbar support but not sure if that wiring is beefy enough for full electric seats but it will work if I'm right.
I don't think non Sport B6's have the wiring fitted but I added it all to my 8L pretty easily so I wouldn't worry too much.
I would be more worried about seat airbag plug compatibility than the other wiring

They may work from the lumbar support electrics I'm not sure, but I do remember replacing a fuse from under the steering column as it popped and someone on the forum recommended that I replaced the fuse, I think from a 10amp to a 20amp. But I can genuinely say that no wiring was done and these seats just need to be fitted in and plugged for the electrics to work.
OK, this is my final comment on this coming both from my Audi experience and as an electrical engineer.
Unless your car was specified with full electric seats from the factory, it will not have the full seat loom installed. Sport/s-line models will have the lumbar support connections only.
It would be interesting to see the electrical connections from under these seats as my RS4's have 4 x separate electrical connections (1 for lumbar, 1 for airbag, 1 for seat adjustment and 1 for the side bolsters (normal S4's won't have this). The seat adjustment one has a different connection to the lumbar only to stop them being mixed up.
The motors for the seat adjustment are hefty units (needed to move what is a ****** big lump of seat AND a person sitting on top of it)and as such the wiring guage in the correct loom is thicker than that for the lumbar motor which is far far smaller and uses less current. Seat adjustment should be using a 30amp fuse and a separate fuse position (see list on the inside of your fuse box, I think it goes to position 44) to that of the lumbar only. All of this is detailed in fourcircles install guide previously posted.
Anybody using the lumbar support wiring for seat adjustment is risking melting the wiring, blowing fuses and potentially causing a fire inside the car. You also won't have any lumbar adjustment either for obvious reasons.

Ok thanks for your comments, although I can confirm my electric seats are working perfectly fine on the original wiring that was fitted to the car. The lumbar support also works fine,

Mine are genuine, bought from an RS4 owner who had replaced his fronts with Recaro CS, picked up from his house.
He was even nice enough to take me out for a spin in the car, the Recaro's are even nicer.........

I currently have the S4 leathers with just the electric lumber support - For which I had to buy the loomb as my avant is the SE model and no electric anything for the seats. If I upgrade, I will need to get the additional loom for the motor (the airbags loomb is there, unless the RS4 have any additional airbags to thoses on the S4 / SE.)
