Rear Control Arm, Collar

I bought a new rear control arm from the pass and drivers side but took off the arm and found the don't matchstick the ball joint under the hub.
It looks like a collar is on the arm that came off, do I have to swap this over or should my new are come with it.

You need to swap it over
Mine did the same

Put the collar in a vice and hit the top of the ballpoint and it should drop out

That collar should be in the hub. So as above get it off and put it back into the hub or onto the new arm and fit it.

Bit of heat with a blow torch and a vice will get it off
