RNS-E retrofit No sound from rear speakers! no adaptor used

hi guys, ive fitted an rns-e which replaced my old concert 3, into my audi a3 8p3 SE 2010 NON-Bose. but i dont seem to get sound from the rear speakers!

i didnt use any adaptors as i had read somewhere that its just plug and play.

do i need to get an adaptor? in order to make the rear speakers work...

Without being funny, but did your SE come with rear speakers s some havnt, just checking

Have you checked the fading sound menu on the rns-e.

Hi, Lol yes it has speakers at the back, and they worked fine before. When I set the rns-e sound balance to "rear" I don't hear any sound

Did you ever find out what to do for them to work got same problem on my 06 a3 Sline ?
