Ive put a problem ive had with my A4 in the relevant A4 section, its been there for 9 hours, had 93 views but not one reply.

I also have a vag-com cable and was told 6 months ago i would be added to the map to help other Audi users in my area that need a plug in but, im still not on the map.

Not very good..

Im here to help people who need assistance in any way i can but obviously this is the wrong forum.

Lol, it's totally normal for no replies to a new thread over weekends, it's naturally the quietest time for forum usage, not to mention the heat, everyone is out drinking and having barbecues than using the internet. Plus it's the start of the summer holidays for most, so everyone is having a break or flying away somewhere nice.

You will get a reply tomorrow when everyone heads to work, and starts using the internet again.

Can't help you out with the vagcom thing, who did you PM? Give them a nudge!

Shame I don't know enough about your engine to give you an answer. But the research I did whilst looking at them made me avoid anything that's VAG 2.0TDI since their release to around 2008 where they had the oil pump/balancer shaft issues and injector problems. Hope it's not something serious.

Cheers JoJo,
I dont think its the oil pump as i had no oil light come on, im thinking its the balancer shaft as it rocked like hell when i turned the engine over to show the RAC bloke.
