I have brought an a4 black edition. They have 19" rotar alloys. Are they meant to be matt finish? As I have 2 matt ones and 2 that have a gloss feel to them. The car was brought off a trader.
(Front passenger gloss touch and rear driver)
Could they have changed the alloys or got them refurbished.

if not will audi change them as one has a bit of paint lifted
i don't think they've been changed but unsure now. They are genuine ones,I was told they haven't been

can anyone shed some light please

I doubt audi will change them but its worth asking the question.

They are mean't to be satin not gloss or matt take one of the wheels off check the rear off the spokes for for the audi emblem

If my eyes are not deceiving me there is a lacquer mark on that close up which suggests they have been refurbished ??? It is a bit hard from the photo as I am on my mobile as I am changing the clutch on my son's A4 :) :)

I just bought two 18" rotors from Audi as mine were buckled. £750 each. You would be better getting all 4 refurbed properly. 19" will be hugely expensive

Or just buy a good set secondhand even if 1-2 has slight chips in them build yourself a winter set

Thanks for all your help guys much appreciated

By the looks of them the edges have been merely painted and not even diamond cut. The difference between a 50 quid refurb and a 150 quid refurb. To be honest 19" rims love kerbs so I would just get them all painted as you can touch up any kerbing yourself. You can only diamond cut a wheel so many times before there is no metal left.

Okay thanks I will get them all refurbished

Would any of you recommend any colours

The colour of my car is glacier white

If you take them too a decent refurb shop, they will know what to paint them with for an OEM look.
