Not from the factory no. It can't be programmed via VCDS either.
If you want to be able to do this you'll need to buy a Smarttop unit. There is an alternative by Kufatech, however the Smarttop is better in terms of all-in-one functionality and some people have reported issues with the kufatech unit. Highly recommend the Smarttop, first thing I bought for my cab and the best £250 I've spent on it.

Very strange Audi never included this, not even on brand new A5 convertibles, a family member of mine used to have an 02 Astra Convertible and the roof went up and down with the button on the key.
Audi think its a health and safety thing as you should have your finger on it whilst in operation
