Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing delays. My car was bw23. I was told last week that it left the factory on the 11th June. Heard from the dealers today who has told me it's sat at emden and they are possibly experiencing delays and it could be up to 3-4 weeks. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same news? I've been waiting for this car since jan 3rd and I want it!!!!

I have every sympathy!!! So annoying when you know it is built and so close and so far away!!!
I would say allow 4 weeks from build date, to customer handover.
Some people get it quicker, it just depends on logistics at the ports and UK transporters,
Some get it later, especially around 1 March and 1 September.
But around 80% appear to get it around the 4 week timescale, going by all the previous build weeks threads.

driving home yesterday i saw a huge lorry containing about 5 or 6 A3's heading towards the M25. Could one be yours? 
I was told by Audi CS that cars should not sit longer than 10 days in Emden ... unless there is a problem like dent removal or spray job going on at the facility there.
Have Audi CS told you it's at Emden or your dealer? if dealer phone CS they know what is going on your dealer is probably talking Carp!

It's my dealer who has told me it's at emden. Might try audi cs but I don't have an order number. Can I be found from my name etc?
Mine was build week 24 and, I've been told, arrived at Grimsby last Tuesday. Dealer expects to have it around next Wednesday, but as we're at Goodwood for FoS and then straight off on holiday, I won't be collecting until toward the back end of July 
I ordered end of March, still no build date yet......
You should get an indication of build date at time of taking deposit? If not a few days later, then might muck you around and give you a later build slot because they gave the one you were promised elsewhere but you should have one! I would call the dealer and demand one!
If not then speak to Audi CS...
