This has probaley been covered a million times, but lazy *** me (its monday) cant find anything, so sorry.

But what size spacers would you go for before you changed the length of your wheel bolts?

Is this something that should be changed as soon as you add a spacer, i.e; if you add a 5mm you need an extra 5mm of bolt?

Cheers as always!!

to be safe, id extent the wheel bolts to the size of the spacer, best be safe.

unless you get the ones that fix to the hubs, then your wheels onto them, then standard length would be ok.

would say for 5mm it isn't really nesecerry, but then surely if you want to push the wheels out you want to go a bit further.

I always work on that you need 5 full turns of the wheel bolt into the hub. I think you'll be able to get away with 5mm spacers but anymore you'll need longer bolts.

On the BBS LM's I did run 5mm spacers on the front but I didn't use hubcentric spacers and they caused vibration so I took them off.

What size spacers for b6 s4 convertible on standard rims and suspension.
