Hi, I am having difficulty removing the radio from my A3. Can anybody give me some advice please.
This is my radio:
I am currently trying with 4 of these keys:

Turning on the ignition to unlock the radio idk try that

Flat part of the ring faces inwards, just push all 4 in and pull out simples.

Pull the top out a fraction, pulling the keys out-over as you pull, then do the bottom and it should slide out as you pull the bottom ones.

push keys in flat side to the left until they click and give it a yank.

yours will be stiff as you have a parrot installed and the wire squeezed at the side of the radio will be compressing the radio to the right hand side. this maybe why it feels as if it wont want to come out.

oh and you will have to remove your parrot to slide it all out.

Thanks for the tips guys. In the end I pushed it out from behind by removing the heater unit.
With the parrot unit it was jammed in. Iv removed that now
