5x100 wheels fit a 5x112 car?

Hi all,

Found some rs6 style wheels I'm In love with but are 5x100 and my current car A4 Avant 2003 has 5x112 wheels. Is there any adapters or will they fit straight on? Or am I wasting my time :(


Both sets of wheels are 18inch.

Any help greatly appreciated!
 
Plenty of OEM Audi wheels will fit,why bother with reps and Adapters?

Yeah you're right but still to come across 2nd hand black rs4 or rs6 wheels for sale
 
When buying adapters lilnizzel you buy them for the wheel fitment you are puting on, in this case 5x100 and then convert to the wheel fitment of car 5x112 :)
 
Kill me now, I've only just gone and ordered a complete new set of rims because the ones I have are 5x100 and I need 5 x 112 oh well you live and learn

I thought you would work your way out from the cars hub,

So if the original cars hub bolt pattern is factory machined 5x100 & you want wheels that have a 5x112 bolt pattern then you would buy 5x100 -to- 5x112 adaptors, & vice versa -

If you have a car that is 5x112 at the hub as standard but you want 5x100 wheels (like the original post^)

So lilnizzel has a point.
