As title really, going to get the front bumper resprayed soon, and am thinking of having the venture shield applied once the paint has cured. Does anyone have Venture shield, is it worth it, been quoted £300.

go on ebay and search for paint protection vinyl for a4 b8 ,theresa company in america that sells it pre cut ,fantastic piece of kit less than £100 delivered including cutoms charges etc . bonnet ,bumper ,a pillars ,roof edge ,door handles, headlights .

Thanks for the reply, after your advice I started browsing, and came across a film called, Rhino skin, which seems ok for the price, anyone know of that one?.

I have to say I wish I had thought of this for my car as I do a lot of motorway miles and 6 months and 15,000 Miles later my bumper is starting to look a bit battered ......

Come across the nano protection products too, but I don't think they will be as good at protecting the chips.

I am sure "hollow" is correct that you can buy the pieces pre-cut.

Having spent 6 hours watching a master at work applying Ventureshield to the front of my car, I can tell you that it is a skilled job.

If you mess up one of the pieces, you would have to buy another kit or get someone to cut you another individual piece.

Speaking personally, Ventureshield has saved me two expensive resprays (but on a motorcycle).

Referring to Anthony566's comment, I once bought an Audi with 25,000 miles and the front was past saving by applying Ventureshield.

It is reassuring to know that you will never have to see a stone-chip on the front of your car.

Is there import taxes to pay on the kit, as it's from USA?.
