Is this concert cd player faulty or is the knob normal?

I bought a concert and right knob sits in further that the left.

The knobs don't push in like some of the models. Just wanted to confirm if the left knob does indeed sit in further.

It all fully works however

OK, but on a serious note, I think thats normal, I have changed my original HU, but im sure one stuck out more than the other.

As long as its working fine and the knob doesnt fall off, you should be ok.

Lol, the tuning knob almost half the length of the volume knob.

Yeah my knob is exactly the same ,don't like to talk about it though.
I`m getting a new headunit at the weekend but will need a faceplate to fit in the Audi excess space!!!!

I have an aftermarket Kenwood stereo in my A3. I prefer the OEM look though. Are these just a straight plug and play?
