ye looks like the front one and pritty sure its ment to be bent, you should also have one on the rear drivers side
aswell

cool, only noticed today my nearside light is lower down than the offside

Either one of the adjuster motors is broken, or they may just need manually setting up. Any MOT garage will be able to set them up correctly for you.

Does the light do the little up down movement when you switch it on? If nothing could be a broken clip. I had a broken clip and a dead motor!
