Go for the neuspeed mate. All the others are well over priced and dont offer more power.
Neuspeed adds a good 10bhp at the top end, you lose a little bottom end torque though

Have you ever done a search for CAI's on the S3 section as I think youll find someone did a comprehensive review on most manufacturers intakes and the majority of them do give an increase. Afew are well over priced but also give good gains.
