Heating problems

I'm having a problem with my heaters in my a4 B6 Audi avant. I turn the heating down to low there is cold air coming out of the vent on the right hand side warm air coming out the vent on the left hand side any ideas please

Knackered motor. I have on mine occasionally.

remove glove box.
mess with heater controls and watch the motors work
the one or ones that dont work try to free them they jam up
if no luck replace

Or run the output test in VCDS which tests the motors in sequence and tells you which motor it's changing.
